CANCELLATION OF ORDER POLICIES

Terms & Conditions Relating To Cancellation Of Orders -

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you need to cancel your order . 

We are happy to cancel your order prior to order shipment , however

a 20% Re Stocking /Order Cancellation Fee Will Apply To Your Cancelled Order . 

The 20% fee will be withheld from your refund . 

All other monies paid will be refunded to you . 

Your refund will be processed in the same manner that it was paid .

There is no cancellation of orders once you have been issued a shipment confirmation email . 

If you do not cancel your order before it is shipped , the order is final and no cancellation or refund will take place unless you have a genuine manufacturing fault  on an item , as per the Refund Policy.

On rare occasions there may be system glitches or information on our site that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies that relate to product descriptions , prices , promotions , offers shipping charges and shipping times and product availability. 

Saucy HQ reserve the right to correct any errors and innaccuracies with the store and to change or update information or cancel any orders at any time without prior or further notice - including after you have submitted and finalised your order and check out. 

Should you submit an order with inaccurate or missing pricing , your order will be cancelled and full monies paid will be refunded via the payment method used to make your purchase .

*Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is assessed as faulty , including instances where a style didn't suit you or did not fit or feel how you wanted or expected it to.

Please Use The Size Charts Provided To Select Your Size.

Please Do Not Order By Using Just The Tagged Sizes . 

For The Best & Correct Fit , It Is Advised That You Measure Yourself With A Tape Measure , Then Match Your Measurements To The Charts Provided 

If You Do Not Fit Into Those Measurements ,Then You Will Not Fit Into The Chosen Product . 

If You Are Unsure Of How To Choose The Correct Size Using Your Measurements ,  Please Contact Us Via The Blue Messenger Button On The Top Left Of Your Screen. Please Do This Before You Complete & Finalise Your Checkout. 

We Can Then Assist You In Choosing The Correct Fit Based On Your Provided Measurements. 

Every Product Has A Size Chart Attached To It With The CM Measurements , US Sizes & Australian Sizes . There Is Also A Size Chart Tab That Corresponds To Each Brand That We Sell. 

Sizes Differ From Country To Country & From Manufacturer To Manufacturer. In A Perfect World All Size Charts Should Be A Standard Format But This Is Not The Case .  

 

TERMS RELATING TO FREE GIFTS & FREE DEAL OFFERS 

Please Note That Free Gifts & Free Product Offers Are Not Eligible For A Refund Or Exchange Unless There Is A Genuine Manufacturing Fault Upon Recieving Your Free Item . We Do Not Offer Refunds Or Exchanges On Free Gifts Due To Incorrect Sizing Or Colour Choices . 

The Procedure For These Items Is To Be Conducted In The Same Way As A Normal Return And The Same Terms & Conditions Will Apply . 

After Assesment Of The Product , If Deemed Faulty , You Will Be Provided With A Replacement Item Or If This Is Not Possible To Be Provided  ,You Will Be Provided With  A Store Credit To The Value Of The Free Item. 

 

FAULTS & ANY PRODUCT ISSUES 

Please Check Your Orders ASAP Upon Receiving -

All Manufacturer Faults Or Product Issues Must Be Reported To Us Within 5 Days Of Receiving Your Product . Failure To Report Any Issues Immediately May Effect The Outcome Of Returning Your Faulty Item. 

Faulty Items & Returns Need To Be Returned Within 14 Business Days From The Time Of Receiving Your Order . 

We Do Not Take Responsibility For Any Faults Reported After The 5 Day Time Frame & Will Not Be Accepted For Returns . 

 

MANUFACTURER FAULTS  

Following The Report Of Your Faulty Item ,For Genuine Manufacturer Faults On Products , We Offer A 14 Day Replacement On Your Purchase Once Your Item Has Been Returned And Assessed For Faults .

We Do Not Offer Refunds Or Exchanges On Panties , Hosiery Or Teddy Style Lingerie Unless They Are Unopened Due To Health & Hygiene Reasons. 

If Your Product Is Faulty , We Will Replace It With An Identical Product.

Where An Identical Product Is No Longer Available , You Will Be Offered The Option To Choose Another Product Of The Same Value With A Store Credit.
